Student Application Requirements and Process

• Student Background Check and Parent or Guardian credit check - $40 application fee per student

• Parent or Guardian Co-signer required

• Approval Subject to Credit/Background Checks

• Security Deposit - Required (Amount varies) plus pet deposit (if applicable)  30 Day after leases signing

• First and Last Month’s Rent required to receive keys for move-in

 

Non-Student Application Requirements and Process

• Credit and Background check for all adults (over the age of 18)

• Income Requirements of 3 x rent (combined household income)

• Approval Subject to Credit/Background Check(s) and Income Verification

• Security Deposit - Required (Amount varies) plus pet deposit

• First Month’s Rent required to receive keys for move-in

 

Pet Policy

·        Dogs and cats are welcome
         – No aggressive breeds allowed
         – Maximum of 2 pets per unit - 25 pound weight limit
         – Approval subject to meeting pet(s) in person

·        Pet fee per pet - $250/Pet plus $25/Month per pet
